Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While I enjoyed a hot shower and a clean, spacious room, the sofa bed with an uncomfortable mattress and ant infestation were major drawbacks. The room also had a lingering smell of stale cigarettes.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, providing a lovely view of the river. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly kind and attentive, even going out of their way to accommodate special requests. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the scenic riverfront and a nearby shopping mall. However, the dining options were a bit pricey, especially for breakfast.
The hotel is located in a quiet area next to the North Bank walk/bike trail, which was great for a morning walk along the Willamette River. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, but not very soundproof, and there was a delay in room readiness. The service, though not friendly, accommodated our request to be near family. The dining options were varied but expensive compared to other places. Overall, a convenient location with some room for improvement in service and pricing.
